Eating Yourself More Tolerant

Personally, I feel much better now that I have incorporated a significant amount of vegetables, proper protein, and reduced sugar, sodium, and processed food intake considerably in my diet. It’s important to believe that healthy food is not worse, or a punishment. When done right, healthy food is highly rewarding and delicious. What’s the worse that can happen?
